					<description>As a Dad coaching his six-year-old's Tee-Ball team, I think what I am always looking for is fun, easy drills that I maybe haven't seen before.

It's hard to keep kids that age focused for long, so you need some variety.

Other than that, I enjoy all the little tidbits from good coaches.  It's always fun to hear what good coaches can teach</description>
